Do we have to buy new software?

No. That's a hard line for us. Every stream we build we look to have coexist with tools you already have, whether it's HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach, Clay, or Salesforce.

If you don't have Clay, we'll have the ability to work with you to provide customized solutions. We won't add vendors just to add them.

How long does it take to see results?

Most teams have their first stream live in about 6 weeks. That's strategy intake, build, QA, and launch.

You'll see activity in your pipeline by week 7 or 8 depending on sequence length.

What if we already tried AI tools and they didn't work?

That's the most common thing we hear. Most AI tools didn't work because they were layered on top of broken processes or data or used without a strategy.

We start with the strategy and foundational data. The tools are just how we execute it.

Is there a minimum commitment?

The audit is one-time with no commitment beyond that.

For agentic workflows and Fractional RevOps, we ask for a 3-month minimum to give streams time to compound. After that, month-to-month.

What size team is a good fit?

Best fit is B2B sales teams with 4–30 reps losing capacity to manual work (research, data entry, renewal tracking, etc.) or founder lead sales who need efficiency over headcount.

How is pricing calculated?

We base billing off integration complexity, tech stack size, TAM count, and rep count.

No arbitrary tiers - we'll provide a direct quote after the initial call.
