Our Story

Sales Tempo was built by people who have lived the grind of outbound sales firsthand. Our founder spent years as an SDR and AE pulling leads by hand, reaching out to new hires at target accounts, and trying to keep up a consistent sales rhythm while juggling travel, trade shows, and a full pipeline. The reality was that the most important prospecting activities were always the first things to slip through the cracks.

We started asking a simple question: why are we paying salespeople to comb through data when their real value is in making connections, understanding needs, and closing deals?

At the same time, we watched companies spend more and more on sales technology, with the average tech stack running around $1,000 per rep per month, and still not getting the full value out of it. The tools were there. The problem was consistency and configuration.

That is why Sales Tempo exists.
