    Month 1

    Prepare to start outreach by creating ideal customer profiles, building a territory plan of the top 20+ accounts, standing up the CRM, integrating the sales tech stack, and crafting sales-enablement resources.

  • SALES OUTREACH

    Months 2 - 6

    Start sales outreach and account-based marketing efforts with the goal of creating one or more deals a week. During our outreach, all processes will be documented and communication with the key accounts will be tracked in the CRM. An automated dashboard, video insights and bi-weekly pipeline meetings will keep you up to date on our progress and any changes we consider making.

  • CLOSE DEALS

    Months 4-6
